The standard format will be made available in CBS.

If customer brings his own format for attesting, the same can be attested by the Branch duly collecting the above, mentioned charges.

Request for change of Mobile Number / E-mail/address

For SB/CA/OD/OCC – At the time of Account opening/First time  – Nil

Further change – Rs. 50/- per instance + GST

Request for modifying operating instructions.

For instance – Change of account operating instruction – Either or Survivor, Jointly by all, or any other way.

For SB –  Rs. 100/- per instance + GST

For CA/OD/OCC – Rs. 250/- per instance + GST

Any deliverable returned back to branches

For SB/CA/OD/OCC – Rs. 100/- + GST per return mail

Issuance of withdrawal slips for those account holders who hold cheque book with them
